Just 45 minutes from the Denver metro area and 30 minutes from Golden, we offer RV sites, cabins, and tent sites nestled between colorful aspens with beautiful mountain views. Nearby activities include; fishing, hiking, and biking trails, Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Casinos at Black Hawk and Central City, indoor, year-round swimming with a water slide at The Gilpin County Community Center, and we are just off the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway with its breathtaking views! Choose from a variety of accommodations: RV sites, tent sites or glamping cabins! Whether you're seeking adventure or a relaxing getaway under the stars, Base Camp is the perfect destination for your next camping trip.
